Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are consumable, ingestible hemp goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at pier9labs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or issue a refund.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, final-sale or clearance items, and free promotional items.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
